Twenty years, and still excited to see your dog
Renee is the owner and groomer behind Barks and Bubbles, and she has been working with dogs for over 20 years. She started her career with dogs in her twenties, helping professionally show purebred Boxer champions.
A dear friend named Cheryl Stevens helped her catch the love of Boxers, dog showing and grooming. She credits most of her wisdom and the start of her career to Cheryl.
When she is not at the salon she enjoys camping, cycling and hiking. She and her husband Randy love the outdoors, which usually includes a dog or two tagging along.

How we work

Over 20 years with dogs
Renee started out helping show purebred Boxer champions in her twenties and has been grooming ever since. That experience shows up in every coat she works on.
Appointment only
We're not a daycare and we don't stack the day. Every dog has a scheduled slot so nobody waits longer than they need to in a kennel.
Honest about coats
We try hard to avoid shaving, but when matting is extreme, clipping is the humane choice. We'll always call you before we change the plan.
A kind environment
We work hard to keep this a calm, healthy place for the dogs and a respectful one for everyone in it.

We're an appointment-only salon, so give us a call or text and we'll find a time that works. We're not a daycare facility, so kennel space is limited and each day is scheduled around the dogs booked in.
